Severine is the latest recruit in the BFI staff. Her role as administrative and sales assistant entails working aside Virginie, Elodie and Nicolas. Severine holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management. Her 20 years of experience working in the Fishing industry in Rungis has given her a solid background in the food trade.
